Any chance of some feedback from a developer?? After loading the tutor program and connecting to clients the programs just closes. Sometimes it can stay running for a few minutes oter times it closes within seconds of connecting. Is there and error log I can send of something?
This sound like a corrupt installation or a problem with the upgrade process. Please de-install the Tutor Control program that keeps closing and re-install from the latest MSI setup file.
You can download the latest version by simply logging onto your LMS account (click the Login menu on the left)
