We've found a bug in 5.4.2, we've deployed it across our network and found that the "request name" function is sending itself to all online PCs on the network. If people are logged in it appears breifly in the AB Tutor console, but if users are logged in and idle. The box will appear to them and stay on screen.
Entering their name and clicking OK does not work, cancel closes the box.
The send of the name request seems to be happening roughly every 1-2 minutes.
We are on a Novell Network with XP Pro machines, mix of SP2 & 3 currently.
Ok, so far we've not heard of this problem occuring anywhere else. I will contact you directly via e-mail so we can gather more information about your setup and details on what couse be causing it.
