Hi,

Here are a few ideas. Not sure how feasible they are!

1. Better log file management. Ideally I would like all log files/screenshots/video captures to be stored in a network folder. I have seen the 'Remote log file folder' option but this doesn't seem to allow this. The reason why I would like this is because we use Deep Freeze, so if the machine is shut down all the logs are lost.

Also, if you plan to take on the likes of Securus and other monitoring software with features like the keyword monitoring, you need to be able to save and archive the logs and captures easily. Some way of looking at logs other than in the log viewer would be good.

2. Ability to print snapshots easily. I know you can copy to clipboard and save but could print be added to the right click options? Ability to do something with recorded video captures. Unless I'm mistaken you can't really get them out. Some way of saving them as an AVI or whatever would be good.

I'd just like to echo the suggestion of centralised logs with improved search and analysis.
