This isnt so much a bug, but it would be better if the blocked applications are not able to be run at all. Currently if a user launches a blocked exe it will launch for a second and then disappear, it would be a lot better if the icon does not launch at all.
The reason we let the application launch momentarily it so we can block applications by the text in the title bar. If you just allow blocking by filename, then it's possible for users to rename applications and hence bypass the block. They cannot change the text in the apps title, but it must open first. We are looking at decreasing the time delay.
