Is it possible to identify the IP of the AB server which applied a policy to an AB client PC?

I've noticed a debug log in the AB Tutor folder under program files but it doesn't by default seem to log policy events.

Thanks.

A simple 'Set/Clear' policy log is stored to the tutor_debug.log file (ie. the sender) but the command is not logged at the remote client side. We will see about adding this as a log event client side in the next version.

That would be useful. Some of our tutors seem to have the incorrect PC's in thier room lists, this would help us to identify them. Thanks.

Do you mean , if you connect to and watch a machine it's not the actual machine you expect? If so then you could have a DHCP/DNS problem of your network.

Please see http://www.abconsulting.com/ActiveKB/questions.php?questionid=20 for help on this.

Thanks, but it's not DHCP/DNS related. Is just a simple case of a teacher putting a PC from room B in the room A group.

This obivously causes some confusion for the teacher in room
A when a policy, lock or shutdown is sent from the teacher in room B.

Hope that makes sense.
