Maybe have it so that if the policy for capturing screenshots when a "Blacklisted" word is typed it automatically is sent to were it has been designated.

As at the moment you have to have ABTutor Control open and connected to the computer in question. Which is a right pain when it is a laptop that the key word is being put onto.

Also is there away of adding the keyword to the filename so that when looking through them I can see how bad they are and then send on to the appropriate persons.
