Policy Problem

have enjoyed using your program, overall, it works very well. I have one computer in my lab that is giving me issues, I used a temporary policy to restrict certain things, desktop changes, printer deletion, etc., just basic stuff. All the other computers have been fine with it, but one will not release the policy, and in fact, has restrictions in place for some reason that others don't. I've even tried to set a permanent policy of allowing everything (everything unchecked), but it doesn't seem to have any affect on this computer. I'm at the point of reformatting and reloading everything, but was wondering if you had any ideas. The lab computers are 2.4 ghz, WinXPsp2, fairly vanilla stuff, Intel motherboards using onboard video. It's at the point, it won't let me save students' work, I can't even get into My Documents at all. Also, the restrictions stay in place even when I log in as Administrator of the computer.
I have upgraded to 4.4, but this started a couple of versions ago.
