Like many schools we struggle with the management of swf flash content. We would like our students to create their own flash movies, but most of the time they are busy finding new flash movies and games on the net or bring them in from home.

AB Tutor enables me to block the flash player, but it doesn't stop kids from dragging and dropping an swf movie from their my documents drive into IE. The Internet policies for IE only seem to work if the swf is on the internet not a network drive. Is there any other way to block this content?

If this could be a feature of AB Tutor that would be an absolute godsend. Currently the only option is to block IE and the flash player from running, which is not so practical.

i reckon if abtutor could block access to single non application files such as

WINNT\system32\Macromed\Flash\flash9.ocx

we could temporarily break/disable flash in Internet explorer
