Bugs are inevitable, it's just a matter of finding and fixing them. Please help us improve our program by reporting any problems you encounter.
Cheers

We have upgraded to Version 3.7 (please see previous postings) and are having the following recurring problems:
- several PCs can't be connected to and are showing up as 'invlalid connection password'
- connected PCs keep dropping their connections
- Windows XP keeps reporting intermittent 'ABCLIENT.EXE has encountered a problem .... do you want to send a report to Microsoft etc etc'
- it is no longer possible to take over (Share) a PC being observed - the mouse pointer just disappears
Please advise with regard to possible solutions or with advice to roll back to the previous version.
Thanks

Ditto as above...
I just upgraded from 3.6 to 3.7. Now when I share a computer, my mouse cursor disappears as long as it is over the shared screen. It reappears when it is placed over the menu bar for ABC Tutor, but only so long as it is over the menu bar.
The problem with the missing cursor during SHARED mode happens on different computers - not all. I am attaching an inventory list of some of the computers. Computer 6 is the problem computer. The display is set up the same as the others: 800x600, 16 bit color, 75 Hz refresh rate, same monitors, etc.
I didn't have that problem with 3.6

It was a tough nut to crack, but we've finally found and fixed the 'Disappearing cursor' bug. It occurred if you performed a 'Show' command and then tried to 'Watch' and Control a remote machine (Windows XP only).
We've fixed this problem in version 3.9 released today.
