We are experiencing a weird problem that if i have a computer called (for example) W10-01 occasionally the listing for W10-01 will actually be viewing a completely different computer. Is there a way to purge the list of computers that AB tutor sees to re create the list and ensure that the computer listed is correct to it? is there a way to check or investigate why the computer is not correct?

We have had this a few times and it tends to be a DNS problem rather than anything wrong with AB Tutor as far as I know.

You could try closing AB Tutor, then running ipconfig /flushdns from a command prompt on the machine running the tutor program, then opening AB Tutor again. I have found that this has fixed it previously when we have had this issue.
