ABTutor 6.6.3 - Workstation Shutdown Problems

Hi this is only a small problem, but when i go to shut the machines we have on the network, and thats over 1000 of them, 97% of them shutdown and a select few will not shutdown.

I have noticed that when our machines go into a sleep mode, this does not include the suspension of the network card, or harddrive power saving, but when the shutdown policy is sent at 9pm each evening 97% of machines shutdown. The remaining machines shutdown once you press a key on the keyboard when i come to them the folllowing day.

I hope someone can grasp what i am saying and if possible suggest a fix to this annoying error. We have also noticed that ABTutor "may" be affecting Group Policies too, like the customisations of Internet Explorer. We have re-created a brand new policy and still see these issues.
