Remote view shows half of clients as blank

I have some clients that I don't want grouped, so that non-admins can't access them, but I want them all on the same connection password.

I find that when I am connected to All clients (300-350), if I leave the tutor application running for some time, when I try to view approx 20 clients, about half of them just show black. Closing and reopening the tutor program allows all remote views to display.
