With other (less impressive) software, there is the facility to create schedules that you can then use to apply policies. This allows an administrator to upload (csv) from a MIS their timetable and then have policies automatically be enforced by using their timetable as the schedule. It is also useful for after school clubs where a teacher may not be present and the policies can be setup beforehand.
That is a very cool idea. I can see it being useful for setting up policies for certain difficult classes even if the teacher forgets, struggles with using AB Tutor or there is a temp teacher. It would be great for exams, we could just timetable them in and totally block them from using the internet. B)
