When you have the system default font set to something other than the default (MS Sans Serif) the fonts for the buttons are stretched. The registry key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes\MS Shell Dlg is where i have replaces the font to use Tahoma as the Shell Dialog font.

I have attached a screenshot of AB Tutor. This happens in 3.10 and 4.0 beta.

Hi Graeme

I've tried to simulate this problem by also changing the font in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes\MS Shell Dlg to be Tahoma, but I can't get the same effect. I notice from the image that you seem to have a customised Windows Theme. What is that theme, as I'm wandering if that's what is causing the large fonts.
