Windows reserve a few keys or key combinations for the local machine. This is why we added the special key commands to the [b]Shared [/b]and [b]Lockout [/b]buttons.
When you are Watching a remote machine and you press [b]Shared [/b] button to control it, press the down arrow to the right of the Shared button to show the special key commands to send to the remote machine.
